For those of you who actually mark your calendars in a futile attempt to understand what "every other week means" on Planet VKR, here are some dates you can pencil in for future shows (all are Thursdays from 6pm-8pm).
Marc Breslav's "Radio Eclectica" and Peter Clark's "Orphanage of Rock and Roll" alternate weeks... well, kind of.
10/16 Clark
10/23 Marc
10/30 Clark
11/6 Clark
11/13 Clark (um, yeah, that's three weeks in a row)
11/20 Marc
11/27 We're both off on Thanksgiving
12/4 Marc
12/11 Clark (just one show in December)
12/18 Marc
12/25 We're both off on Christmas
1/1 Clark
1/8 Marc
1/15 Marc
1/22 Clark
1/29 Marc
That's every other week, right? :-) Be sure to use a pencil (or cheap erasable lipstick on your bathroom mirror). Dates are, as always, subject to change.
Thanks for listening, or attempting to listen.
Pete
The Orphanage of Rock and Roll has been a home for homeless rock and pop records on 91.3 WVKR in Poughkeepsie, NY since 1995. ---- Join rock historian Pete Clark as he uncovers the deep tracks that fell between the cracks in the top-secret back room of the W-V-K-aRchives. ---- Footnotes in the history of rock and roll, along with vaguely familiar tracks you thought you’d never hear on the radio again.

Very helpful to know! Not that I don't like "Radio Eclectica" but I am not having an affair with that program like I am with TOORAR!
