PLEDGE DRIVE 2014

Here we go again. Pesky bills. Expenses. Every radio station has them, just like you and I. And bills must be paid.

Remember, WVKR never has any paid commercials interrupting your favorite shows, so we need to ask our radio friends to show some financial support for the station. Some stations ask their listeners continuously, others once a quarter, or twice a year. We only do it ONCE A YEAR. And now is that time of year.

Of course, the silver lining is that you have this one chance to update your wardrobe with a new 2014 design WVKR T-shirt, and enjoy other token gifts from us to you. Here's a quick link to the station's pledge drive page. No slick corporate logos for us, just in-house hand-crafted designs.  If we were slick and corporate, would we be playing the music we play? Of course not. We'd be playing the same top-testing tunes as all the commercial stations.
